Pause your subscription

Temporarily pausing your subscription is a great option if you know you won’t be using your account for a little while (like a summer vacation, business trip, etc.).* When you pause your subscription, it takes effect on the first day of your next billing cycle.

To pause your Streamer subscription:

1. Visit your Account page
2. Locate the Your Subscription section 
3. Click Pause next to Pause Your Subscription at the bottom of that section
4. Set the duration (up to 12 weeks)
5. Click Submit

Your Streamer subscription will be reactivated automatically after the specified duration and your credit card will be charged for your subscription on a recurring monthly basis. The date your account is reactivated will be your new billing date going forward. If you choose to cancel while your account is paused, you will not be charged.

You can visit your Account page and reactivate your subscription at any time.
