With Streamer, you can cancel at any time and easily renew your subscription if you choose to come back in the future. If you know that you’d just like to take a little break from TV, you may also have the option to pause your subscription for up to 12 weeks.
If you’d simply like to remove certain add-ons or switch to a different plan, you are able to manage your subscription without entirely cancelling Streamer.
If you’re billed through Streamer and would like to cancel your subscription (steps may vary for subscribers billed through a third-party):
- Head to your Account page on a computer or mobile browser
- Select Cancel under Your Subscription
- Next, you may be presented with the option to pause your subscription — select Continue to Cancel if you’re not interested
- Select Cancel Subscription
After you’ve successfully cancelled, the subscription status on your Account page should read: "Your subscription will be canceled.” We’ll also send a confirmation email to the email address we have on file — please keep this email for your records.
You’ll continue to have access to Streamer until the end of your current billing cycle, but will not be charged moving forward. However, if you cancel during your trial period, please keep in mind that you will lose access to Streamer immediately.
