View your Streamer charges

Your subscription may be billed on a monthly or annual basis. If your subscription is billed by Streamer, Amazon or Roku, you can review information about past and upcoming charges directly on your Hulu Account page. If you pay for Streamer through Apple, Disney, Spotify, Sprint, or Verizon, please refer to your third party for more information.

Past charges

To view past charges posted to your Streamer account:

1. Log in to your Account page on a web or mobile browser
2. Look for the section Upcoming Charges
3. Click View History next to Billing History

A pop-up window will open listing past charges in reverse chronological order. Details include the amount you were billed and the date.

Upcoming charges

To view any scheduled upcoming charges:

1. Log in to your Account page on a web or mobile browser
2. Look for the section Upcoming Charges
3. Click View Charges 

A pop-up window will open listing up to 12 charges in advance based on your current subscription and pricing. Details include the amount you will be billed and the date. Click the dropdown arrow next to an upcoming charge for a breakdown of what you’ll be billed for.

Prorated charges

If you make changes to your subscription — such as switching plans or subscribing to an add-on — during the middle of a billing cycle, you can expect to see prorated charges. The prorated charge covers the period of time until your next monthly billing date. 

How do we calculate the prorated amount? It’s calculated based on the price of the plan or add-on and the amount of time left in your current billing cycle. Once your next billing cycle starts, you’ll be billed for the full monthly price.

Refunds

Under certain circumstances, Streamer may issue refunds in its sole discretion. If you receive a refund from Streamer, it will appear in the Billing History section on your Streamer Account page. Please keep in mind that it may take between 3 to 5 business days for refunds to reflect on your bank statement.
