I'm getting an error after submitting my payment information
The following are common reasons why you may see an error message after submitting your payment information:
- Invalid ZIP Code: The billing ZIP code you submit to Streamer doesn’t match the one your bank or card issuer has on file.
- Invalid security code: The 3-digit security code on the back of your card (or 4 if you have an American Express) doesn’t match the one you’re submitting to Streamer.
- Invalid expiration date: Your payment method has expired or the expiration date you’re entering doesn’t match.
- Not a U.S.-issued card: We require a credit or debit card issued by a U.S.-based bank or financial institution.
- Government-issued card: Government-issued cards are not accepted at this time. Please use an accepted form of payment.
I’m unable to type in my card details
Before attempting to submit your information again, please try these recommendations:
- Clear your browser cache
- Open an incognito/private window
- Disable any extensions
- Use another supported browser
I don’t see an option to update my payment method
If you’re not seeing the option to update your payment method, you’re likely billed by a third-party and will need to add/change your payment method through them. To confirm your billing party, go to your Streamer Account page and look for the Payment Information or Your Subscription section.
