Are you experiencing any of the following audio-related behaviors?

We recommend following the steps below to help resolve the issue.
Note: There are different steps you can take if your videos aren’t playing in the desired language.
Test other videos
Start by playing another show (or channel, if you’re watching live TV). If the issue affects multiple shows or channels, move on to the next step.
If you notice that not all videos are affected and a power cycle doesn’t resolve the issue, please contact us so we can investigate.
Check your audio settings
On TV-connected devices, visit the settings menu and ensure that Stereo (or Normal) is selected for audio.
On a computer or mobile device,* check the volume control found in the lower corner of the video you’re watching to make sure that it isn't muted or that the volume isn't set too low.
