Excluded shows
Due to streaming rights, there are a select number of shows from our streaming library that will play with a short ad break before and after each episode for Streamer (No Ads) subscribers — view the full list of excluded shows here.*

Network on-demand
Streamer (No Ads) subscribers can stream everything in the Streamer streaming library without ad breaks (excluding the shows outlined above). If you’re a Streamer (No Ads) + Live TV subscriber, however, your subscription includes lots of extra on-demand shows and movies that are provided by our network partners that may have ads — this content is not part of our library.
There isn’t a way to identify which episodes or movies will have ads while you're browsing, but if you have ideas on how we can improve this experience submit them in the Streamer Community or vote for others to help them get noticed.
Cloud DVR recordings
Cloud DVR recordings will have the same ad breaks that you’d see during the live broadcast. If you want to fast forward through the ad breaks, you’ll need to upgrade to the Enhanced Cloud DVR — learn how to manage your add-ons here.
Live TV
When you’re watching live TV on Streamer, you’ll still run into the same ad breaks as everyone who hasn’t cut the cord yet.
Premium and Partner Add-ons
Shows and movies from HBO, SHOWTIME, Cinemax, and STARZ don’t have ad breaks, but there may be promotional content before certain videos. These promos are meant to showcase other premium content that comes with the add-on.
Certain content available through the ESPN+ Add-on may include ads.
None of the above
Think you’re seeing ads by mistake? Head to your Account page to verify that you subscribe to Streamer (No Ads) or Streamer (No Ads) + Live TV. If everything checks out there but you’re still not sure why you’re seeing ads, contact us so we can investigate and explain.
Note: Streamer may occasionally choose to make select live TV shows, movies, or events available on a promotional basis to subscribers who do not have Live TV plans. This content may include adsEligibility for promotional access and the content included is subject to change.
