How to delete a profile
Before you delete a profile, please keep in mind that this action cannot be undone and there is no way to recover a profile after it has been deleted. You can’t delete the primary profile, but you always have the option to edit it if needed.
If you’re ready to cut somebody out of your life (or at least your Streamer) for good, you can delete their profile on Streamer.com:
- Hover over the name in the top right corner of the page, and click Manage Profiles
- Select the profile you want to delete
- In the Edit Profile pop-up window, select Delete Profile
- Confirm your selection
To delete all profiles:
- Navigate to your Account page on a web browser
- Click California Privacy Rights under Privacy and Settings
- Under Manage Activity, select the Profiles option, and click Clear Selected.
This will clear all the profiles, associated watch history, and profile-level preferences and settings associated with your account, other than the primary profile you created when you first signed up.
This action is different from rights (including deletion rights) you may have under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
